Booking Costa Brava Villa
The property sleeps eight; there are two double beds and four single beds. If you require a travel cot for a young baby there will be an additional charge of €25 (euros) per week, to be paid locally.
Changeover day is Friday and the property must be vacated by 10am on that day to allow for cleaning and incoming guests arriving at 5pm.
If you arrive early and with prior permission, you may sometimes be allowed to leave your luggage in a suitable place or enter the house once the property is ready for occupation. This would never be before 1pm as you must appreciate that the previous holidaymakers depart around 10am and the house will require a thorough clean.
We accept payments by the following methods:

- by credit / debit card using PayPal secure facilities
If you pay by Paypal...
If you do not have a Paypal account, you will be taken through Paypal's simple registration process.
Please note: in the interests of protecting both buyer and seller, when you register initially with Paypal you may be limited as to how much you can send in one transaction until you have verified your account.
Verification is simply a process whereby Paypal levies a small charge ($1.95) onto your chosen credit card, accompanied by a 4-digit number. You need to enter this number (from your credit card statement) onto your Paypal account to enable you to send unlimited funds. The $1.95 charge is refunded to your card.
Please make sure that your account is verified well in advance of the due date of the final payment, otherwise you may not be able to pay the full amount by Paypal which could lead to cancellation of your booking.
Services
Services include water, gas and electricity. Normal summer usage of these services is included in your rental. A deduction will be made for excessive consumption of energy. Linen and towels will be laundered after one week´s stay and beds remade with a general clean.
Bedlinen and towels are provided – one bath and one hand towel per person. Tea towels are also provided.
Beach/pool towels are not provided.
Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster. The kitchen is well equipped.
There is a washing machine at the property and items can be washed as required, if necessary.
The swimming pool and garden are regularly maintained.
If you use the barbecue, you are requested to clean this at the end of your stay.
You are requested to leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay with dishes washed and all rubbish cleared away. The property will be cleaned on your departure in preparation for incoming guests and, if found to be in a particularly dirty state, extra cleaning charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
There is no telephone at the property but there are public telephone boxes on the urbanisation.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
A returnable security deposit of £200 (two hundred pounds Sterling) will be requested and held until the property has been checked for any damage, major breakages and/or excessive use of energy.
Complaints should be made immediately to the Agent who will endeavour to resolve any problem.
Booking Conditions
A 25% booking deposit will be required with the remainder due for payment eight weeks prior to departure.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the event of payment not having been received eight weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation by you must be in writing.
